On a day that symbolically celebrates life, love, and wine, EXIT has one more reason to bring people together. The organization’s Promoter of the Year title will be toasted in Belgrade’s Kran club on 14 February, at the Shared Frequencies: UK–Serbia event, which will unite three authentic artists: Sam Divine, Lanna, and Tamara Kezz.
Organized by the EXIT Foundation in partnership with UK-based Work Inspired Limited, the event is part of the Culture Connects 2025 cultural cooperation call launched by the British Council. It is also a perfect chance to celebrate EXIT’s prestigious European Promoter of the Year award in the setting of the newly opened Kran club, which was named Belgrade’s Best New Club in 2025.
At Shared Frequencies, three DJs will join forces behind the decks, channeling powerful female energy to connect different musical experiences.
Leading the celebratory lineup is Sam Divine, one of the most recognizable names on the British house scene. Often dubbed the “Queen of Defected Records,“ her musical identity has long been rooted in a commanding house sound. An Ibiza legend, she delivered a high-energy set to local fans on the Main Stage of EXIT Festival in 2024, the same year her status on the global scene was cemented when she was named Best House DJ at the DJ Awards. Sam returns to the Serbian audience to elevate EXIT’s celebration and, with her extensive club experience, lend powerful support to the women’s clubbing scene.
One of the two Serbian artists performing alongside Sam Divine is Lanna, a true wunderkind of the local electronic scene. She drew early global attention as the youngest DJ and producer ever to appear on the Beatport Progressive House Top 100 chart. Her tour map covers some of the key spots on today’s global and European club circuit, from EXIT’s Dance Arena and Hï Ibiza, where she held a residency, to Fabric London, Zamna Tulum, Junction 2, Amsterdam Dance Event, and Sziget, sharing stages with names such as Amelie Lens, Indira Paganotto, Eric Prydz, Paul Kalkbrenner, David Guetta, Nina Kraviz, Hot Since 82, and Lee Burridge. At EXIT’s milestone 25th edition, she was part of the electrifying Diynamic Stage Take-Over night at the Dance Arena, curated by Mladen Solomun, performing alongside Mau P, Ogazón, DJ Gigola, Tijana T, and others. Lanna arrives at this title celebration as an artist whose path is inextricably linked with EXIT, embodying a new generation and a truly authentic female presence on Serbia’s clubbing scene.
Joining this powerful all-female lineup is Serbian singer, music producer, live performer, and DJ Tamara Kezz, whose sets are instantly recognizable for their blend of electronics and sophisticated vocals. Kezz is one of the most exciting musicians in Serbia and the first Serbian artist to perform at Glastonbury Festival, where she played two live sets. The previous year, she left a distinctive authorial mark on EXIT’s first Я:Evolution edition, where, together with Satori and the band Naked, she put a contemporary twist on the classic song “Niška Banja.“ She brought her rich musical experience and original sound to EXIT’s Dance Arena in 2022, opening the night for Satori, Stephan Bodzin, and ARTBAT.
Tickets are on sale via the GIGS TIX network, and the first batch at special “gift prices” has already sold out. Given the club’s limited capacity, everyone is advised to move fast and secure their spot in time.
Culture Connects Grants aim to support artists and arts institutions from Serbia in establishing and developing creative and artistic partnerships with colleagues in the United Kingdom, while fostering new projects and innovation.
