After announcing that it will not be held next year at the Petrovaradin Fortress, due to political pressure from the Serbian authorities over its support for student protests, EXIT is embarking on a world tour that will bring its signature festival energy to exciting locations across the globe: from the Mediterranean coasts of Malta and Croatia to the magical Great Pyramids of Giza and the exotic landscapes of India. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The festival\u2019s founder and CEO, <strong>Du\u0161an Kova\u010devi\u0107<\/strong>, stated<em>: \u201cAfter 25 years at the Petrovaradin Fortress, EXIT is now spreading its wings to the world. We aim to unite continents through our festivals and carry the spirit of freedom wherever we go. For us, music has always been more than entertainment &#8211; it\u2019s a powerful force that brings people together and builds bridges between nations and cultures. Our mission is to awaken new generations to believe that a better world is possible, and that it all starts with each one of us.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The announcement of the first destinations took place 50 meters above Amsterdam, at EXIT\u2019s traditional party during the Amsterdam Dance Event, held at the spectacular Crane Faralda.<\/p>\n<p>The first stop of EXIT\u2019s tour will be <strong>Croatia<\/strong>, where the Sea Star Festival will take place in the Adriatic gem of the Stella Maris lagoon in Umag, Istria. Over the years, this festival has hosted major global acts like The Prodigy, Wu-Tang Clan, Paul Kalkbrenner, Fatboy Slim, Amelie Lens, and Nina Kraviz, with the next edition announced as the strongest one yet.<\/p>\n<p>June kicks off with a festival in <strong>Macedonia<\/strong>, while August brings a festival adventure across several stunning locations in <strong>Malta<\/strong>, in collaboration with G7 Events, one of the island\u2019s leading local promoters.<\/p>\n<p>In October, the EXIT team heads to <strong>Egypt<\/strong>, where contemporary rhythms will meet the timeless legacy of the <strong>Great Pyramids of Giza<\/strong>. EXIT\u2019s partner on this project is Venture Lifestyle, Egypt\u2019s leading event promoter, known for organising performances by global icons such as Solomun, Peggy Gou, Carl Cox, Anyma, and many others \u2013 in front of the pyramids and at other exclusive locations across the country.<\/p>\n<p>November brings two metropolises: <strong>Mumbai and Belgrade<\/strong>, both known as cities that never sleep. This will mark the first time EXIT organises an event in India, in Mumbai, a city recognised as the country\u2019s business centre, as well as the capital of Bollywood and entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>For the audience in Serbia, EXIT has prepared something special: the fan-favourite <strong>No Sleep Festival<\/strong>, winner of the Best New European Festival award, will evolve into one of the biggest raves on the continent. Belgrade\u2019s legendary party marathons have so far hosted artists such as Amelie Lens, Nina Kraviz, Indira Paganotto, Bicep, Lee Burridge, I Hate Models, Artbat, and many
