The seminar will be led by Tomislav Kulji\u0161, a leading regional expert in early and personal development and the founder of Integral Body Psychotherapy.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Communication is the foundation of every relationship, whether that relationship is romantic, familial, or professional. Yet, people often have misconceptions. Many relationships suffer, people feel misunderstood, and problems pile up instead of being resolved. One of the most common misconceptions is that communication is successful only when the other person agrees with us,&#8221; explains Kulji\u0161.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And that\u2019s where the biggest confusion happens \u2013 because <\/span><b>communication is not a power struggle, but an opportunity for dialogue<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Effective communication means being present, empathetic, and willing to check how our words actually land with the other person. It\u2019s not enough to just say something; it also matters how our words are taken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;True communication doesn\u2019t necessarily mean reaching an agreement. It means <\/span><b>making the other person feel seen and understood<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Another common mistake is assuming that we\u2019ve communicated well just because we said everything we wanted to say. Communication isn\u2019t a monologue, but a <\/span><b>two-way process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> where, ideally, we\u2019re checking whether our message was received the way we intended,&#8221; Kulji\u0161 adds, also emphasizing that successful communication requires the courage to express disagreement in a healthy way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The seminar focuses on understanding the unconscious mechanisms that shape our communication. Instead of being a space for genuine connection, conversation often becomes a battle for control or leads to emotional distance. Through practical insights and examples, Kulji\u0161 will show how we can return to authenticity, presence, and trust in our daily interactions \u2013 not trying to be &#8220;right,&#8221; but to achieve contact and true dialogue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants will have the opportunity to <\/span><b>strengthen their emotional literacy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>understand how past experiences influence current relationships<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>learn how to overcome patterns that sabotage them<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> when they most need closeness and understanding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program also includes a panel discussion featuring experts in psychotherapy, communication, and media, including <\/span><b>Prof. Dr. Zorica Tomi\u0107<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>neurobiologist Andrea \u010conto\u0161<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Stefan To\u0161ovi\u0107<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>Maja \u0160u\u0161a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, as well as a <\/span><b>performance by the<\/b> <b>&#8220;Svitac&#8221;
