The <\/span>Hub for the Exchange of Music Innovation (HEMI)<\/span><\/a> is thrilled to announce the <\/span>9 finalists<\/b> for the <\/span>HEMI Music Awards (HMA) 2024<\/b>!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Coming from <\/span>9 countries of Central & Southeastern Europe <\/b>(Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia), these 9 HMA artists will now have access to mentoring and training activities targeted towards developing their skills and competencies in communication and revenue streams, with the aim to help propel their international career!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Moreover, they will get access to HMA touring program including collaborations with booking managers around Europe, networking activities in the<\/span> 9 HEMI partner events<\/span><\/a> as well as benefits amounted to 2,000 Euros per nominee!<\/span><\/p>\n

We are proud to introduce 9 exceptional European artists from a wide musical range such as the <\/span>warm, all-analogue sound<\/span> of <\/span>Island Mint<\/span><\/a> from the Czech Republic, <\/span>the ethereal, otherworldly pop of the Estonian <\/span>\u0391nna Kaneelina<\/span><\/a>, the genre blending dance-punk music of<\/span> AMKA <\/span><\/a>from Greece, the deep, psychedelic, and groovy music of the Hungarian act<\/span> Freakin\u2019 Disco<\/span><\/a> , the aggressive and experimental sonic spirit\u00a0 of<\/span> Lufthansa <\/span><\/a>from North Macedonia, the adventurous and unpredictable take on jazz from the Polish<\/span> Immortal Onion<\/span><\/a>, the\u00a0 melancholic, dream-pop style of the romanian, female duo <\/span>Musspell<\/span><\/a>, the highly dynamic and electrifying indie-punk of <\/span>Keni Nije Mrtav<\/span><\/a> from Serbia and the fuzzy, artistic and playful power-pop of the Slovenian <\/span>Astrid<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
