On Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 8PM, the panel will open the topic of building a society based on true values, live on EXIT Festival\u2019s Facebook page.<\/h2>\n<p>Through a discussion on the topic of\u00a0<strong>building a value-based society<\/strong>, some of the world\u2019s leading experts on value systems, will answer questions on how individuals, teams, organizations and society, as a whole, can build value systems within which both individuals and society, will be able to reach their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>The participants of the panel are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Richard Barrett<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Author, values luminary and founder of the Barrett Values Centre, the largest global values organization which has assessed the values of over 50 nations, tens of thousands of companies and hundreds of thousand individuals around the world;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomas Bjorkman<\/strong> \u2013 Philanthropist, social entrepreneur and co-author of \u201cNordic Secret\u201d \u2013 the book that recounts the efforts put in to building values driven societies in the Nordic countries in the 19th and early 20th century history \u2013 resulting in their level of development today;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slavica Squire<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 the first NLP trainer in Serbia and the founder of the first NLP Institute and Coaching Academy in the region of Southeast Europe. The NLP Leadership Summit declared her leader of Southeast Europe in the field of NLP education, and the ANLP rated her NLP Institute as the best example of an NLP-based business in the world.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion will be hosted by\u00a0<strong>Nikola Juri\u0161i\u0107<\/strong>, a senior expert in culture at McKinsey, who specializes in building value-based systems, with global experience at the level of organizations, states and society.<\/p>\n<p>The panelists will discuss whether the prevailing values of an organization or society dominate its success and productivity, as well as the \u201csecret\u201d of Nordic countries which had, over a short period of time, gone from being the poorest region in Europe to being the most prosperous and richest of its parts. The connection between an empowered individual and democracy, and the influence of negative patterns such as \u201csuccess is never forgiven\u201d, \u201cthe role of the victim \u2013 it\u2019s easier to whine than try\u201d, and \u201cthe grass is always greener on the other side\u201d on the development of Serbian society and its inhabitants, will also be among the questions discussed by the
